Manchester, UK – 7 May 2025 – The 93rd Textile Institute World Congress (TIWC 2025) will take place from 7-10 October 2025 in Porto, Portugal.
From fibre production and manufacturing to consumer use and end-of-life solutions, “Fibre to the Future – Transforming Fashion and Textiles through Sustainability” is the theme of this unmissable event.
Rapidly emerging new approaches to sustainability challenges, as well as digital technologies that are now increasing efficiency and transparency, will be fully explored during the four-day event, with insights from leading academics, industry experts and policy makers. There will also be a focus on actionable strategies for reducing environmental impact, minimising waste and adopting zero-carbon solutions in line with global sustainability goals.
